How do Surf REC Gift Cards work?
- Surf REC gift cards are sent digitally via email. The recipient can instantly use the credit on the gift card.
- When purchasing Surf REC services, the gift card code must first be redeemed under “My Account”. The available credit will then be automatically applied at the first checkout. Any remaining balance will stay on the account and can be used for future sessions.
- Surf REC gift cards never expire.
Are there any additional charges on gift cards?
No, we don’t charge any extra fees for purchasing a gift card.
Can I check the balance of a gift card?
Absolutely! Simply click on 'Check your gift card balance' on the Surf REC gift card page and enter your unique code to view the remaining balance.
When and to whom will my gift card be sent?
Our digital gift cards are delivered via email. You can choose to send the email to yourself or directly to the recipient.
Does Surf REC offer physical gift cards?
We currently don’t provide physical gift cards. However, you can send the digital gift card to yourself and print it after purchase if you’d like to present it in person.
How Do I Use My Gift Card?
When booking a surf recording or online coaching on surfrec.com, simply enter the code from your gift card on the “account” page of your user dashboard. Under “gift card”, you’ll find a line that says “Have a gift card?” enter your gift card code to enjoy your free waves.
Surf REC Gift Card Terms & Conditions
- Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash (except where required by law).
- Surf REC gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or resold.
- Gift cards never expire, surf whenever you’re ready!
- Credit on the gift card can be used partially or fully, depending on the purchase amount.
- There is no limit to the amount of credit that can be added to a gift card balance.
- Surf REC reserves the right to cancel any gift card if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.
- If a refund is permitted, 10% of the paid amount will be deducted to cover administrative and payment processing fees.
